The sign came first.

Before the store, before the stock book, there was a collector who commissioned a neon Charizard because nobody talks you out of a good idea at 1am. The shop grew up around it — and kept the attitude.

One collector's standard, turned into a shop

Rare Candy Collectibles exists because buying high-value cards online still feels like a coin flip — and it shouldn't.

We started the way most of the good shops did: one collector, chasing personal grails, getting burned by blurry photos, "mint" cards with dinged corners, and prices copied from the most optimistic listing on the internet. So we built the shop we wished existed.

Every card here is bought, checked and photographed by us before it's listed. Slabs are verified against their cert numbers. Raw cards get corner-by-corner photos and our own honest condition notes — including the flaws, because you'll find them anyway.

The name? A Rare Candy levels you up instantly. That's the promise: skip the grind, skip the gamble, go straight to the card you actually wanted.

What we'll always do

Four commitments, in writing, on the site. Hold us to them.

Always

Photograph the actual card

The photos on the listing are the card in the box. No stock images, no "representative" shots, no surprises.

Always

Tell you the flaws

Whitening, print lines, off-centring — if we found it, it's in the listing. An informed buyer comes back; a stung one doesn't.

Always

Price both directions

When comps rise, prices rise. When they fall, so do ours — including on stock we bought dearer. That's the deal.

Never

Sell what we wouldn't buy

No gamble boxes, no resealed "vintage", no mystery packs padded with bulk. If it's in the cabinet, we'd own it.

Come see what's new under the sign.

Pickups, grails and the odd 1am idea — first on Instagram.
